You use inlorus for your work: you open a tenant's applications, work with records and manage your own account.
The member uses inlorus for their work: opens the tenant's applications and works with records. The member archetype is the narrowest package, and on purpose: it reads and writes records, and reads configuration and workspaces.
Being a member and having a role are not the same thing. When you join a tenant, you join with a role; that role decides what you can see. If you can't see something, the reason is usually not an error but that you don't have that key. The My Access screen shows you this.
Your account's security is in your hands: turn on two-step verification, look over your active sessions and end any session you don't recognize.
Start here
