My Access
Shows which Platform, Account and Tenant you belong to, which role you hold where, and in the selected scope which permission keys you have and where each one comes from. Read-only.
For: Member, Auditor, Tenant administrator
What's on this screen
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Memberships | Each scope you belong to, whether that link is a Role assignment or a Tenant membership, and since when. |
| Roles | Each of your role assignments: the role, the scope, how many keys the role grants, and the start date. |
| Effective permissions | Each permission key that applies to you in the selected scope, its risk class, and which role it comes from. |
| Responsibilities, Temporary access, Approvals | Not recorded yet. Today every role assignment has no end date and there is no approval flow. |
Reading effective permissions
- If you have several scopes, you switch scope with the buttons above the section. Only your own scopes are listed.
- (inherited): the permission comes from one of your role assignments in a parent scope.
purge(permanent delete) keys are not inherited; only an assignment in that scope grants them. - The risk class comes from the key's verb:
purgeis Critical, publishHigh, writeMedium, readLow. - Keys your role names but that don't apply in this scope because of a condition or policy are listed separately at the bottom.
Tip If a button on a screen is closed to you, check whether the key it needs is in this list. If it isn't, ask that scope's administrator for the role.
Good to know
Keep in mind Nothing can be changed from this screen, and it shows only your own access; you can't open someone else's access here. The screen needs no separate permission. Older assignments without a date record show no date recorded.
