My Activity
Shows, in four timelines, the events you performed and the events recorded about you. It contains only your own records and is read-only.
What's on this screen
| Section | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Recent activity | Audit log records where you are named as the one who performed the action. |
| Security events | Your session records and two-step verification records: sessions opened and ended, verification turned on, recovery codes generated, used and invalidated. |
| Access changes | Roles granted to or taken from you, your Tenant memberships, and invites you accepted. |
| Audit view | Everything an auditor sees about you in the audit log, with counts. |
Each record has a badge showing who performed it: You, Another user or Actor not recorded.
Not recorded
The screen lists, in its own section, the events the platform doesn't keep. Today these don't appear:
- Failed sign-in attempts, password changes and password resets.
- Turning two-step verification off.
- Linking and removing Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn.
- Sign-in, sign-out and two-step verification events aren't written to the audit log; an auditor can't see them.
Keep in mind Because the platform doesn't record who performed some actions, Recent activity is a lower bound, not the full set of what you did. Extra details in the records (for example the old and new values) aren't shown here.
Limits
Each section shows the newest 50 records, and Security events shows the newest 10. If there are older ones, this is noted below the section. The counts in Audit view are cut off at the same limit too; if you see 50, the real number may be higher.
Tip This screen needs no permission. If you see a session you don't recognise, you can end it right away from the Active Sessions link.
