Active Sessions
Lists every session currently open with your account that hasn't expired or been ended; you close the ones you don't want here.

What's on this screen
On the left, your live sessions, each with its device and the day it was last seen. Choose one to open it on the right with the fields below and End session; the address keeps the choice, never the session itself.
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Device name | Browser details of where the session was opened. When nothing was recorded, it says Unknown device. |
| Last seen | When the session was last used. Updated every few minutes. |
| Expires | When the session will close by itself. |
Keep in mind The console doesn't record device details today, so sessions will most likely show as Unknown device. The session you are using right now isn't marked separately in the list either. Tell sessions apart by their last-seen time.
What you can do
- Find a session you don't recognise or no longer use.
- Press End session. The session is removed from the list.
- On that device, the session counts as invalid at the next action and a new sign-in is required.
If you end the session you are using right now, you are also signed out of this browser.
Good to know
Tip A new session lasts 30 days by default. If one of the Tenants you are a member of has set a shorter period, the shortest one applies. You can see and end only your own sessions.
The history of opened and ended sessions is in My Activity › Security events. If you suspect someone else is using your account, end that session and turn on two-step verification.
