Your theme

Inlorus's colours come from a theme the platform administrator sets for everyone. In Appearance you can change any part of it for yourself; nobody else sees your choice. Platform's choice keeps what the administrator set, so a later change of theirs reaches you. With System, the platform's light level is used, and Dark while your operating system is set to dark.

Below the choices, a preview shows a small page in the theme your choices give: the side menu with the logo it would show, the page, a section, a card with text, muted text, a link, the main button and its pointer-over colour, a second button, a field, a selected row, the four meaning chips (Negative, Attention, Positive, Info), each soft (tinted, as on status labels and warnings) and solid (filled, as on an error or a count) and a strip of chart colours. It changes as you choose; the rest of the console keeps its current look. Apply saves every changed choice and repaints the console; Discard changes returns the choices and the preview to what is saved. Next to the buttons you see how many changes are not applied yet.

Every text keeps a readable contrast with its ground, whatever you choose; the theme works that out. The public site doesn't follow your theme.

Good to know

  • The Page to open after sign-in list contains the home page and the pages in your menu in the current scope. A page you chose in another scope isn't deleted; it shows "not in your menu in this scope" next to it.
  • If you sign in after being sent to a specific page, such as an invite link, that page takes priority.
  • Only the scopes you can currently switch to are offered as the scope to open at sign-in. If you lose access to that scope, sign-in opens in the scope you last switched to.
  • Within a session, the side menu collapse button and the scope switcher at the top work as usual.

Keep in mind If a value isn't accepted, a This value wasn't accepted; your choice wasn't saved warning appears and the choice goes back to what it was (in Appearance, the choices saved before it stay saved and the rest stay in the preview, not applied). If your session has ended, sign in again and try again. Required emails such as password resets aren't affected by your notification choices.
