“This screen works in a tenant scope” and similar
The screen you opened is for another scope. It tells you the console's current scope and the one the screen needs.
For: Platform administrator, Builder, Account administrator, Tenant administrator, Operator, Auditor, Member
Symptom
- “This screen works in a tenant scope”, “This screen works in an account scope” or “This screen works in the platform scope”.
- Below it, an explanation starting with “The console is currently in the … scope.”
- On the Integrations screen, “No scope selected”.
- On tenant screens, “No tenant you can manage was found.”
Cause
- Every screen works in a scope, and the console is currently in a different scope.
- “No tenant you can manage was found.” means you are not a member of any tenant.
Fix
- Open the scope switcher in the top bar.
- Switch to the scope the screen needs.
- If that scope isn't in the scope switcher, you have no place there; ask the scope's administrator for a role.
