The list of applications available in the active Tenant. Here you find an application, open it or add it to your favourites.

What's on this screen
| Section | What it shows |

| Favorite Apps | The applications you have starred, in the order you set. If you have no favourites, this section is hidden. |
| Mostly Used Apps | Up to six applications you open most often, and how many times you opened each. It builds itself as you open applications. |
| All Applications | Every application not switched off in this Tenant; the count in the heading follows the search result. |
Which section sits at the top is set by the application defaults on the My Preferences screen. If the preference cannot be read, favourites come first.
What you can do
- Type an application's name, key or Domain name in the search box to narrow the All Applications list.
- Use the star at the top right of a card to add an application to your favourites or remove it.
- Use the ↑ ↓ buttons on favourite cards to change the order of your favourites.
- Click a card to open the application.
When you open an application
The opening is recorded first; Mostly Used Apps is calculated from these records. Then, if the application has a published runtime configuration, you are taken to the application's own page; otherwise to Explorer.
Keep in mind For now, applications whose runtime configuration has not been set up yet open in Explorer instead of showing an error. That is why the application's name may not appear on screen.
Tip If you are a member of more than one Tenant, you can switch the list with the Tenant switcher at the top. The list always follows the selected Tenant.
