Applications and data
Opening an application from the catalog, workspaces, Explorer and flow boards.
This section is for people who use inlorus for their daily work. The applications you can use in a tenant are in the catalog; when you open an application, it takes you to its default workspace.
It covers the catalog, opening an application and one of its workspaces, Explorer and flow boards. Explorer lets you filter, browse and group the records in your tenant along their relationships; a flow board shows an entity's records in columns by their state in the workflow.
The catalog follows the active tenant: if you have more than one tenant, the applications you see depend on which one you are in. If you can't see an application, first check that you are in the right tenant.
Articles in Applications and data
- Screen guideCatalogThe list of applications available in the active Tenant. Here you find an application, open it or add it to your favourites.
- Screen guideApplicationThe entry address of an application. If the application can open, it takes you straight to its default workspace; if not, it tells you why.
- Screen guideApplication workspaceThe workspace of an application you have chosen. The header shows the application's name, the tabs at the top switch between workspaces, and below is that workspace's content.
- Screen guideExplorerShows an entity world in one column per Entity: in a Tenant, its records, its imported sheets before they are mapped, or its governance data; at the Platform or an Account, the metadata model itself or its governance data. You link the columns to each other through relations to filter, group and compare.
- Screen guideFlowShows an Entity's records in columns by the states of its published Workflow. This is where you move a record from one state to another.
- Screen guideAnalysisNumbers about a Tenant's records: summed, counted and compared by the values of their fields, laid out as a pivot table. Where Explorer shows the records, Analysis shows how much and how many.
- Screen guideNavigatorWalks a Tenant's records and their relations, column by column. Where Explorer lays Entities side by side and Analysis counts them, Navigator follows one record to the records it is related to.
- Screen guideSheetA sheet you type as you would in Excel: cells, formulas, copy and paste, files. Numbers and dates are typed and shown as your date format writes them — day first means Turkish: 1.250,50 and 15.10.2026.
- How-toCorrect, delete and restore a recordIn Explorer you open one record, correct its fields, delete it if it was a mistake and bring it back if you need it again. Its history shows who changed what.
- How-toLink, unlink and follow a record's relationsIn Explorer you link two records, end or move a link that is no longer true, and see which records are related through others, even ones no column has loaded.
- How-toExplore the metadata modelExplorer opens over the metadata model itself: entities, fields and relation definitions become records you filter, group and walk, at the platform, an account or a tenant.
- How-toImport a sheet and explore it before it becomes recordsUpload a CSV file or an Excel workbook (.xlsx), explore it in Explorer as it arrived — its columns typed, filtered and grouped — then map it into an entity and write its rows as records.
- How-toExplore roles, teams and capabilitiesExplorer's governance world shows the roles, their permissions and who holds them, teams and their people, and capabilities as records you filter, group and walk.
