The records the pivot reads
The Source bar: which records are read, when they were read, and changing the Entity.
Which records
Which records? (in the Source bar) chooses the records the whole pivot reads, with the same step Explorer asks a new column. The conditions are named in the bar.
From Explorer, a column's menu has Analyse: Analysis opens on that column's records, with its conditions as the pivot's source.
Reading again
- Closing an item, turning the order round or renaming a value changes what you see and reads nothing again.
- Refresh reads the records as they are now; the bar says when the numbers were read and over how many records.
- Defer updates makes changes that change a number wait for Update.
- Undo and Redo (Ctrl or ⌘ with Z) step back over your changes and forward again.
Another Entity
Change analyses another Entity and keeps the fields that Entity has too; Back to the Entity you were analysing, or Escape, leaves the analysis as it was. New analysis starts again with nothing in it.
