Columns: move, resize, rename, pin

A column is one Entity's records; its header and menu arrange it.

Arranging columns

Move a column by dragging the grip (⋮⋮) at the left of its header, or with Move to in its menu (first, last, or after another column). By keyboard: focus the grip, press Space, move it with ← / →, and press Space again (Escape cancels). Pinned columns move among the pinned. The order is kept for you, with your pins and column widths.
Resize a column by dragging its right edge (or ← / → on it); a double-click there goes back to the default width.
From the column menu, choose Filter by, Sort by, Group, View (Cards, List, Table, the density and the fields on the card), Domain view (when a domain view reads the entity), Change source, Rename, Pin and Remove column.

Scroll down to load more records into a column. Until every record is loaded, Sort by and Filter by act on the records loaded so far, and say so.
