Adding a record
A new record from a column, checked against the entity's rules.
Add record
- Use Add record or Add relation from the column menu to create a new record or a relation between two records.
A new record is checked against the entity's rules before it is saved: required fields, data types and any validation rules. If one fails, the form names the field and the record is not created. Entities defined by the Platform or your Account can be recorded in your tenant too; the record itself belongs to the tenant.
As a flow board
Open as flow board in the column menu opens the same entity as a board of its workflow states. If the entity has no published workflow yet, the board says so.
