Give someone publishing rights (builder) in the account

On the account People screen you give the builder role, in the account scope, to someone who is already a member of one of the account's tenants; that person can then publish the account's capabilities.

For: Account administrator

Prerequisite

role.write in the account.
The person you give the right to must be a member of one of the account's tenants. If not, they must first be added to a tenant.

Steps

Switch to your account with the scope switcher and open People under People and access.
Type the person's email in the Email of a person in the account field.
Press Grant publishing rights (builder).

Result and undoing it

The person holds the builder role in this account: they can read, write and publish the account's capabilities, solutions, apps and metadata. The list shows who can publish.

You remove the right with Revoke next to the person in the same list.

Keep in mind If the email is not a member of any of the account's tenants, it says “This email is not a member of any tenant in this account.” Add the person to a tenant first.
