What is kept
Where the sheet is kept while you work, and who may change it.
What is kept
- Sheet keeps for you, on the server, whether you were on A sheet or Records, the grid you last built — its columns, sort, filters and widths — and the sheet you were typing. Another tab, another browser or another day opens them as you left them. Nobody else sees them.
- A sheet you type is kept up to about 750 KB; a larger one says This sheet is too large to be kept here; save it as a file to keep it.
- A person who may only read records sees the sheet and cannot save it: This sheet can be read but not changed here.
