Screen guide

Integrations

You see the registered external systems, connector providers, connections and data pipelines, and read which ones work and which cannot be served.

For: Platform administrator, Account administrator, Operator

What's on this screen

  • Six figures at the top: systems, providers, connections and pipelines, and how many connections and pipelines cannot be served; the notice above them says the counts cover the whole platform.
  • Systems and connector providers: each external system's type (source, target, bidirectional) and its recorded owner text.
  • Connections: between which two systems and with which provider it was set up, the authentication mode, the endpoints under it and their health.
  • Data pipelines: runs, the latest checkpoint and unresolved dead-letter records.

What changes between scopes

The screen opens in the platform, Account and Tenant scopes; the scope switcher sets which one you are in. The scope changes only the permission check: integration.read is looked up in that scope. The list is the same in every scope and belongs to the whole platform.

Keep in mind Integration records do not hold Account or Tenant information, so even if you open it in a Tenant you see all records on the platform, not the connections belonging to that Tenant. A system's owner text is free text; it does not indicate a scope.

What it means

What you seeMeaning
no health contractThe endpoint's health is not monitored; its status is unknown and it is not counted as healthy.
degradedThe endpoint's health is degraded.
record could not be resolved / contract could not be built / not accepted for servingThe row was refused; the code and description next to it give the reason. A refused row is not dropped from the list.
unresolved dead letterRecords the pipeline could not process that have not been closed yet.

Tip Run times do not reach this screen, so none of the runs is marked latest. Checkpoints, however, start from the highest sequence number.

Changes

Nothing can be changed from here: the product has no action to set up a connection, pause a pipeline or replay a dead letter. Even if you hold integration.write, no button appears. Credential values are never shown.
